JL Football Limited Cancellation Policy  

JL Football Limited understand that things change and different situations can occur that can effect an already booked or paid for session. We are committed to providing the best services for our customers to do this we must use the best equipment hire the best facilities and spend time planning our sessions properly. Due to this we have a cut off time at which point a refund will not be possible or a cancellation fee must be paid. This time limit does vary depending on the session.  

Subscription Cancellations

All membership fees must be cancelled by the person responsible for the direct debit by contacting Liam if you are not able to cancel through the 360 app yourself. . JL Football will not be held responsible for payments made after the requested cancellation. Refunds will not be given to anyone who fails to cancel appropriately.  

Cancellation must occur with JL Staff or through your bank 7 days before the payment is due or the payment for the next month will be due.  

This not something we enjoy doing but when a transaction is made the business incurs fees through our payment system as well as costs of pitches and coaches that must be paid. 

All fees must be paid directly into JL Footballs bank account, if cancellation fees are not paid no sessions will take place until it is.
