JL Football Limited Cancellation Policy  

JL Football Limited understand that things change and different situations can occur that can effect an already booked or paid for session. We are committed to providing the best services for our customers to do this we must use the best equipment hire the best facilities and spend time planning our sessions properly. Due to this we have a cut off time at which point a refund will not be possible or a cancellation fee must be paid. This time limit does vary depending on the session.  

 

Half Term Cancellation 

For our half term camps we operate a 7 day cancellation period, if the cancellation occurs within the 7 days before the session starts a £15 fee will be charged for each day that is cancelled or if the session has already been paid for no refund will be available.  

One to One Coaching/Small Group Sessions  

For our one to one and small group coaching sessions we operate a 2 day cancellation period, if the cancellation occurs on the day of the session starts or you don’t show up to the session a £20 fee will be charged or if the session has already been paid for no refund will be available.   

Academy Memberships  

All membership fees must be cancelled by the person responsible for the direct debit through GoCardless. JL Football will not be held responsible for payments made after the requested cancellation. Refunds will not be given to anyone who fails to cancel appropriately.  

The direct debit on GoCardless must be cancelled with JL Staff or through your bank 7 days before the payment is due or the payment for the next month will be due.  

Children’s Parties  

To book a children’s party with us a 50% deposit must be paid and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the party or before. For children’s parties we operate a 2 week cancellation period. If a party is cancelled within the 2 weeks before the party the full fee of the party will be owed.  

Weekly Payment Sessions  

For any sessions where weekly payment is required, we operate a 1-day cancellation policy if attendance for the session has already been confirmed. If cancellation occurs within the 24 hours before the session the payment for that session will be owed.  

All fees must be paid directly into JL Footballs bank account, if cancellation fees are not paid no sessions will take place until it is.
